Stephan has more than 20 years of experience in strategic and competitive intelligence.

Together with Laurent Potet, he created OBI Consulting after having held several positions within the public research sector (CNRS, France) and the private industry  (GIAT, Areva, Nortel).

During his career in consultancy services, he has also participated in projects for various national governments (Japan, Tunisia,...) and the European Commission.

As an expert in IT, Laurent has advised numerous companies, start-ups, and governments in Europe, Asia and Africa, and works regularly on missions for the European Commission. His works includes numerous cases of situation analysis, strategic planning, and policy drafting, as well as formulation of roadmaps and detailed action plans, including financing mechanisms. Throughout his career, Laurent has led, monitored, and evaluated projects for over 3 billion EUR.
