Dr Laurent Potet, expert on business integrity and risk management.
As a seasoned expert in intelligence and business integrity activities, Laurent has advised numerous companies, start-ups, and governments in Europe, Asia and Africa, and works regularly on missions for the European Commission.
His works includes handling numerous cases of investigations, situation analysis, strategic planning, risk management and policy drafting, as well as formulation of roadmaps and detailed action plans.
Throughout his career, Laurent has led, monitored, and evaluated projects for over 9 billion EUR. He has worked in many African countries including Botswana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Algeria, Tunisia, Tanzania, Mauritius, etc.
Laurent hold a ePHD in Business Administration (University of Paris-Dauphine), topic on “business secret management”, and an eMBA with HEC Paris (focus on transiting / developing economies).
Laurent teach business integrity and fraud detection topic at the Grandes Ecoles in France such as Audencia, ISG, etc.
He also trained thousands of adult professional globally.
Laurent also been re-elected twice president of the French Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania.

Col (R) Daniel Rich, expert in risk intelligence, security and integrity Colonel (R) Daniel Rich served as an Infantry Officer, then as a Special Officer in the Intelligence Corps.
He left the military in 2008. He has held positions in mainland France (Foreign Legion, Foundation for National Defense Studies) and internationally (Russia, Lebanon, Central Europe, the Balkans, Indonesia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc.). From 2008 to 2019, he served as Director of Strategy and Development at Scutum Security First (SSF), a French firm specializing in risk management.
In 2020, he founded D.RICH Consulting, a company specializing in risk management and join OBI in 2025.
Daniel Rich is a member of the Center for Advanced Studies of Africa and Modern Asia (CHEAAM) and the 20th "Economic Intelligence" session of the IHEDN (Institut des hautes études de défense nationale).
He has worked numerous times in Africa on various capacities including in DRC, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Tunisia, Maroc, Algeria, Niger, etc.
Daniel Rich holds degrees in sociology and political science and regularly speaks at the CNAM (A. BAUER's crime seminar) and teaches Master II students in International Relations at the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse.
He also evaluated integrity practices the African branches of leading large listed multinational in different sectors such as Telecommunication, pharmaceutical, agro-business, etc.
He also trained many professionals on these issues. He has been decorated with Knight of the Legion of Honor and an Officer of the National Merit Order, he is also Cross of Military Valor, with two citations.
